How to get Thicker Hair

Every woman wants good hair. One of the best compliments you can ever get  is that your hair is amazing. There are several deliberate steps that you need to take to ensure that your hair looks bomb.

  1. Start using oils and lots of oils. Using the oils itself on your hair leaves your hair feeling loved. Do this on your wash days. Saturate your hair with your oils before you sleep and let it stay overnight or hang out with the oils on your hair while running your errands for a day and then wash it out.
  2. Add oils to your regular conditioner. Add olive oil, coconut oil or castor oil to add strengths to your conditioner. Many stylists recommend this especially is you use heat on your hair. It will add that needed moisture to your hair.
  3. Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner which are not harsh to your hair. This does not necessarily have to be the expensive products. Find products that work for you and stick to them.
  4. Add hot oil treatments to your regimen. These treatments have a myriad of benefits which include preventing frizz and split ends, fight dandruff and helps moisturize hair. It will stimulate blood flow to your hair and encourage hair growth
  5. Water. Hair health begins from the inside out. Drink a lot of water which is great for both your hair and skin
  6. Scalp massages. Consistent scalp massages will ensure nourishment of your tresses.
  7. DIY treatments. These treatments are easy to make because they include the things that you have in your kitchen, honey, eggs, avocado and oils such as olive oil and coconut oil. These are very effective especially if you cannot afford the treatments.
  8. Try to avoid heat as much as possible. Every time you use heat, use a protein masque or deep conditioner and don’t forget to use a heat protectant.

Just remember that if you are good to your hair your hair will be good to you too.
